原材料檢測
Raw material inspection & test
1、空氣：每周1次檢測
Air: inspect & test once per week
2、純水：每天檢測
Pure water: inspect & test everyday
3、原料：每批檢測
Raw material: inspect & test per batch
4、水質(zhì)：采用反滲透水處理設(shè)備達(dá)到高質(zhì)純水要求。
Water quality: use reverse osmosis water treatment equipment to meet high quality water requirement.
5、生產(chǎn)車間：啟用紫外線、臭氧殺菌消毒，確保生產(chǎn)環(huán)境無菌無塵。
Workshop: disinfected by UV and ozone to ensure the workshop is sterile clean.
6、生產(chǎn)機(jī)器：洗滌清潔、酒精消毒，高溫烘干。
Production machine: Washing and cleaning, alcohol disinfection, high temperature drying.
